With nearly 20 years navigating the wild, caffeinated jungle that is Melbourne’s inner-city real estate scene, Jason isn’t just seasoned – he’s marinated. Forget the typical agent spiel. Jason is your behind-the-scenes strategist, negotiation ninja, and full-time fixer of property puzzles big and small.
He doesn’t do cookie-cutter. He eats cookie-cutters for breakfast (along with market stats and espresso shots). Armed with uncanny intuition, a powerhouse network, and a sixth sense for seizing opportunities, Jason’s mission is simple: elevate your property from “just listed” to “just legendary.”
When he’s not sealing deals, Jason shapeshifts into Dad Mode for his two sidekicks, LaBelle and Love. On weekends, he’s part-fisherman, part-chef, and part-martial arts warrior, throwing kicks, flipping pans, and catching fish – sometimes all in the same afternoon.

Adorably Chaotic
Meet our delightfully unqualified but impossibly charming: Noodle & Ruby – part-time doggos, full-time problem-solvers (with a tendency to chase their own tails mid-shift).
Noodle (left) is our Chief Cuddle Consultant. He’s a distinguished gentleman with a permanently happy face, soft paws, and a soothing aura that could defuse even the most chaotic rental crisis. He may not answer the phone (no opposable thumbs), but he’ll stare at it lovingly until someone else does.
Ruby (right) is our Director of Barking Solutions. Spirited, sassy, and suspiciously smart, she runs a tight ship fuelled by treats and enthusiasm. She believes in firm but friendly communication – mostly through tail wags and intense eye contact.
Together, they specialise in tail-wagging greetings, emotional support during paperwork, and the occasional snack-based negotiation. Don’t be alarmed if they solve your query with a lick – it’s just part of the Bizarre service.
