Franklin Lofts is a geometric hive of glass and steel where the traditional floor slab has been devoured by soaring double-height voids and “internal” staircases to nowhere. It stands as a vertical paradox in the north of the city, a place where residents are perpetually suspended between two levels of reality in a “split-level” fever dream. The facade acts as a rhythmic metallic skin, hiding a resort-style core of liquid blue and iron weights designed to tether urban nomads to the earth.
